Donal Trump authoritarian leader wakes up his sleaping voters.

Authoritarians are activated again in US. Donald Trump is gaining so much power out of blue, or it just looks like that?  People do not support extreme policies and strongman leaders just out of an affirmative desire for authoritarianism, but rather as a response to experiencing certain kinds of threats. I believe that war in Syria and the rise of evil "ISIS" beside Russia and Iran, have influenced  authoritarians to wake up and vote for Donald Trump. But that is  not the only reason. We need to distinct this physical threat called "Terrorism" from a more abstract one called "Social Threat" rising from demographic changes. American University professor Elizabeth Suhay and a Professor of Political Science at Vanderbilt University Marc J. Hetherington explains in depth a theoretical frame for the rise of authoritarism in America politic. They also found out that  non-authoritarians who are sufficiently frightened of physical threats such as terrorism could essentially be scared into acting like authoritarians. A scary thought is to imagine US and it's social landscape in 10 years if Donald Trump wins the election.
