CARIN Embroidery Workshop in 2019



After a fantastic year with CARIN Embroidery Workshop, we are ready for the Christmas holiday. The project had two exhibitions in 2019. The first exhibition was in Prilep in Northern Macedonia in April and in May we had an exhibition at the Tromsø Library and City Archives together with the Cit-egration research project. In 2019, 20 exhibitions were organized at Kysten with people from 17 different countries. The project got many new embroideries and it will be nice to show them at the next exhibition. Last night we had the last workshop for this year and a small Christmas Party. I hope that we can embroider together and have many good conversations in 2020. I want to thank all the workshop participants, collaborators and supporters for having this wonderful project!
